The Alberta Insight Meditation Centre (AIM centre) strives to enhance the unity, harmony, and peace in society based on the original teachings of the Buddha. It inculcates positive moral values among people and assist them to live a successful and meaningful life.
The AIM centre offers different types of spiritual programs including mindfulness and meditation retreats, discussions, workshops, cultural events, family programs, individual counseling, individual meditation guidance, and Buddhism classes. These programs are offered to everyone in the society irrespective of one's ethnicity, gender, and social class, and age.

Satipatthana One-day Retreat - Feb 29, 2020
We are pleased to announce a one-day retreat on satipatthana practice, held on Saturday, Feb 29th from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Alberta Insight Meditation Centre. The retreat is fully focused on practice, the guidance will be available on individual basis as necessary. Space is available only for 20 participants. Please register here.
Our regular programs are open to all continuing practitioners. We offer meditation sessions, discussions, dhamma classes, short and long term retreats etc.
Children and youth are the biggest gift for parents. We offer dhamma classes, volunteer opportunities, and indoor/outdoor fun activities to cherish their lives.
