Alberta Insight Meditation (AIM) Centre
Alberta Insight Meditation (AIM) Centre is a Buddhist meditation centre based in Spruce Grove which is in close proximity to Edmonton, the capital city of Alberta, Canada. The Alberta Buddhist Vihara Association (ABVA) oversees the AIM Centre operations and its general strategic direction, policy framework, and fiduciary responsibilities. The centre is mostly run by volunteers who attend to their duties for various lengths of time. Service recipients of the AIM Centre include the local community in Edmonton, Spruce Grove, and Albertans in general, and other community groups and organizations who wish to use this facility. More than 1000 families over Alberta receive direct service of AIM Centre at the moment.
