The Alberta Insight Meditation Centre (AIM centre) strives to enhance unity, harmony, and peace in society based on the original teachings of the Buddha. It inculcates positive moral values among people and assists them to live a successful and meaningful life.

The AIM centre offers different types of spiritual programs including mindfulness and meditation retreats, discussions, workshops, cultural events, family programs, individual counseling, individual meditation guidance, and Buddhism classes. These programs are offered free of charge to everyone in the society irrespective of one's ethnicity, gender, and social class, and age.
