Dhamma Classes (English)

We invite parents to bring their children on Sunday afternoon to introduce Buddhist customs and teachings that will support focus on their studies and in the future. Our programs are based on Theravada Buddhist principles that teach mindfulness and reduce stress.

Fun Activities

Throughout the spring, summer and winter seasons, we organize some outdoor fun activities for children at the AIM Centre venue. These activities are organized as weather permits.

Father/Mother and Children Retreats

This is a new program that we have introduced for parents and children, in order to develop gratitude, respect and mindfulness as a family. Retreats will be announced periodically.

For Youth

Mindful Gardening

Mindful Gardening is a productive, fun, and volunteer activity. We invite our youth to join with the temple to spend some time gardening through the spring and summer.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering is a great way to broaden life experiences while fulfilling crucial needs of our society. There are many ways you can contribute! Bring your ideas and talk to us; we will help you lead your initiatives.

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

Many youth are working hard to achieve their goals. It can be stressful. We are happy to support you with reducing your stress and depression through mindfulness.
